We accept M-Pesa via Lipa Na M-Pesa (Buy Goods). Payments are initiated via STK Push — a prompt appears on your phone so you only need to enter your PIN. No debit or credit cards are required, and we never store your M-Pesa PIN.

As soon as Safaricom confirms your payment, Member Bot sends you your channel invite links automatically. This usually happens within a few seconds. If there's a delay on Safaricom's end, the system checks again every few minutes and will send your links as soon as the payment clears.

You'll receive a reminder message a few days before your subscription expires. If you don't renew, your access to the channel is automatically removed on the expiry date. You can renew at any time from the Member Bot app — your spot is never permanently lost.
